OUR APPROACH
Our aim is to keep work processes and consulting transparent for our customers.
Here we present the phases of our collaboration.
Initial Phase
An initial consultation lasting at least half a day. It serves to determine the current situation and the existing starting points for a solution. Initial proposals for the next steps (briefing).
The analysis phase
Development of analyses, strategies and alternatives. We work with you to decide on the best solution.
The concept phase
We define the framework conditions and then work with you to develop the detailed planning and project schedule. We formulate requirement profiles for requesting tenders, evaluate the tenders and make the decision on awarding the contract together with you.
The realisation phase
We communicate the goals to your employees. We train and qualify them. On request, we can take over parts of the project realisation or even the entire project management.
Consultancy at a fixed price
We offer you investigations, analyses and clearly defined projects that can be clearly defined in terms of content and quantity at a fixed price.
The consultancy agreement
We always suggest invoicing on a time and material basis if the volume of work cannot be determined in full from the outset. We then agree a cost and/or time limit with our client, which will be invoiced in detail when reached. Cancellation is possible at any time.
