With HESS – HOFHEIM Medien- & Produktionsberatung e.K., Andreas Hess has successfully supported numerous well-known national and international media companies, including film and TV production companies, post-production companies, broadcasters, licensing distribution and media service companies, as well as publishers. Notably, he was involved in the establishment and management of the children's channel Nickelodeon Germany for the international media corporation Viacom.
In 2000, he founded A.C.H. GmbH, which successfully produced over 40 TV productions as a production and project service provider. As a managing partner, he led Christopher Vertriebs GmbH, a financial distribution company for closed-end funds and private equity investments, working with 260 financial service providers. From 2009, he served as the managing director of Christopher Film
Capital GmbH with six film funds and one private equity fund.
Through his career as a management consultant, he gained extensive experience in managing venture and growth companies. As a supervisory board member and in his position as an advisory board member in several companies, he also acquired experience in the integration and restructuring of businesses.
As an interim manager or general representative, he has successfully and swiftly implemented corporate goals and strategies, even in companies outside the media industry.
As the son of the director of a public broadcasting corporation, Andreas Hess has been intrinsically connected to the media market since childhood and has been active in this field for over 40 years.
